UI/UX Designer (Product Focus | In-House)

Throttll is seeking a skilled, empathetic, and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team in Jaipur and focus on the user experience and visual design for our flagship B2B SaaS platform. This is a crucial, full-time, in-house role where you will contribute to the end-to-end design processfrom wireframing to high-fidelity visual designensuring our product is intuitive, accessible, and drives user delight and retention.

Key Responsibilities

Design Execution & Prototyping

Design Ownership: Execute and contribute to the full design process: translating user needs and complex business requirements into simple, elegant, and effective design solutions.

Core Deliverables: Produce clear information architecture, user flows, low-fidelity wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes for features and product enhancements.

Visual Design: Apply and refine visual design standards, ensuring pixel-perfect execution and adherence to aesthetic principles across all product interfaces.

Design System & Consistency

Design System Contribution: Actively contribute to and utilize our comprehensive design system (components, styles, guidelines), ensuring strict consistency, scalability, and accessibility standards (WCAG) across the entire platform.

Maintain Standards: Work with QA to ensure that the developed product rigorously matches the final high-fidelity design specifications.

Collaboration & Validation

Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate closely with Product Managers to define requirements and features, and with Software Engineers to ensure technical feasibility and smooth, timely implementation in an Agile environment.

User Focus: Participate in user research activities, including interviews and surveys, and utilize quantitative data (analytics) to inform design decisions and drive iterative improvements.

Testing Support: Assist in planning and conducting usability testing sessions and rapid prototyping to validate design hypotheses and gather actionable user feedback.

Requirements

Proven Experience: 24 years of dedicated experience in a UI/UX design role, preferably with exposure to B2B or complex Enterprise SaaS products.

Technical Proficiency: Strong mastery of modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD).

Skills: Strong visual design sensibility, proficiency in creating clear information architecture, and the ability to articulate design decisions clearly and persuasively to stakeholders.

Location: Must be based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, or willing to relocate for the in-house role.

Collaboration Tools: Familiarity with project and remote collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
